I ordered rum cake and was told they use real rum in it but what I got was a very dry cake with no trace of rum taste. When I called no one seamed to care until I made remark about someone drinking the rum rather then putting in cake, then it became a issue about my remark, rather than the very dry tasteless cake priblem. This was very poor customer service even up to the owner the remark was up to 99% lake it but obviously I'm in the 1% bracket that doesn't like dry tasteless cakes. Ive been eating rum cakes probably longer than they have been her on earth so I do know what they should taste like. It was my first time ordering with them and my last. I had to edit my review to respond. I feel bad for the rest of your customers since the problem with my cake was never addressed by the manager or you, the owner. The whole problem became my fault because of a remark (someone must have drank the rum because there was none in my cake) (I never called your people drunks and liars, it was twisted into that instead of addressing concerns) Further more I was told by the manager who got defensive saying it was boiled in before baking probably why we could not taste then owner tells me it

I stumbled across this website in search of a special cake and saw that they made ice cream cakes.It was not only for the 4th of July but my brother's birthday which was the 3rd. I told them that he likes chocolate, almonds, toffee and caramel.But I wanted the outside to be white so we could have a patriotic theme and happy birthday on it.When I picked it up I was very impressed with the look of it.When we finally ate it is was incredible!!! Everyone said that it was the best ice cream cake they had ever had.Thank you so much Dell for a stellar job.Would highly recommend and will be referring others to her delightful little shop!

Dell’s Sweets & Treats did such an incredible job on this cake! The lemon raspberry flavor was perfectly balanced and the design was absolutely adorable—both beautiful and delicious!

I spent a whole day calling bakeries asking if they could make a classic Angel Food Cake for my Partners birthday and Dells Sweets and Treats was there for us! This was my first time ordering a custom cake and they made the process super easy! They were super understanding even when I forgot to call them back to officially place the order oop! The price was incredibly fair for a 8" cake with fresh strawberries. The cake itself tasted absolutely amazing. The whipped cream frosting didn't melt or separate like I have seen others do and the sponge cake itself was the perfect amount of mild sweetness. If you find yourself in the Greece area please stop by and try out their mini pastries. Definitely support this awesome local business!
